Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal and Payment on Account..
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Credit Accounts will be automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.
Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation.

Our office is open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed out of hours or at the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Delivery Schedule Every endeavour will be made to dispatch goods ordered Before 4.00pm on the same day. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are chargeable.
Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
No returns are accepted over 1 month from date of dispatch, or once items are printed or processed in any way.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Perfect returns should be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
Remittance Terms Ownership of all goods remain the property of TheMagicTouch (GB) Ltd until all invoices are paid in full.
Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods are released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.
Prices do not include carriage, which will be charged where goods are not collected.
Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate where applicable.
Prices for cases/dozens are per size.
In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of England & Wales.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate and third party collection costs are payable on defaulting accounts.
