We are pleased to confirm a product update on the ever more popular Flip Flops.
The new box configuration for adult flipflops includes 10 pairs of soles, 10 sets of new softline straps, a super clear zip bag as gift packaging and a printable floating “MiniMagicFlip” key chain which can be attached to the zip bag. Each carton also contains one new strap assembly tool made from ABS plastic.
The box configuration for the kids flipflops includes 10 pairs of soles, 10 sets of softline straps and an ABS plastic assembly tool.
For production level strap assembly we still recommend the unique flip flop tool as previously supplied.
The Flip Flops have proved very popular and offer massive appeal over many different markets with all-year potential.
The durable 14mm soles are manufactured from a natural rubber compound with a printable white jersey fabric surface giving superb mould and support properties. Available in small, medium and large adult sizes.

Each pair is supplied as a pre-cut “soleboard” template sheet and is printed using TTC image transfer paper. The full colour print process is quick and simple taking only 10 seconds to apply the transfer.
The market for short run products such as Flip Flops is huge and is only limited by imagination. Take advantage of TheMagicTouch process enabling a minimum production of one, making the target marketing of all products to prospective customers somewhat easier.

Please note the small size MagicFlips can be printed using one A4 sheet of TTC. The medium and large require an A4 sheet for each Flip Flop or an A3 for both. Design templates are available as downloads in the Customer Zone
