Perfect returns should be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of England & Wales.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate and third party collection costs are payable on defaulting accounts.
