The DTF Magic® “Vega-8” solution is designed and engineered for industrial transfer production. On a scale as never seen before from a single printer. The innovative printer features 8 x Epson i3200-A1 high-speed printheads, supports 5, 9 and an option up to 13 colours, up to 80cm print width and output speeds at over 40m an hour!

The DTF Transfers Volume Printer and its unique finishing unit offers the next generation of DTF printing with demand and interest growing due to the considerable cost savings achieved in both labour and overall running costs, helping to dramatically reduce the cost per transfer. At the same time producing the highest quality and consistent transfers.

The Vega-8 delivers productivity and vibrant print quality for garment decorators to scale up production volumes. Featuring a dual rail system and magnetic drive to ensure smooth stability, no belts, no drag, just high-speed production. Installed with neoStampa RIP Software. The Vega-8 model also offers the ability to load 100m, 200m and even 500m rolls of DTF film.

The production configuration combines the ultimate in DTF transfer finishing with its unique dual-oven (up to 80cm) and built-in purifiers to ensure perfect curing for all transfers in any environment.

Supplied with the GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified Low Sediment inks this new solution creates a higher standard for DTF printing and sets a new benchmark in terms of quality and consistent production.
