T-Foil Dark – Foiling in Love Again
As part of an on-going crusade to assist customers in reducing production cost and time when decorating garments. TMT have introduced another innovative and affordable process that will “tick all the boxes” for garment decorators.
In the past the decoration of garments with metallic and sparkle effects has involved the traditional method of cutting and weeding. This becomes somewhat of a challenge when producing intricate designs or short-run production orders quickly.
T.Foil Dark transfer process offers the ability for you to produce stunning results quickly and very cost effectively. Apply onto almost any garment regardless of colour or textile composition.
First you print the required design with a “composite” black onto the T.Foil Dark transfer paper. This can be achieved using a standard CMYK or CMY plus white-toner based laser printer. The SpaceControl software creates the black automatically when you choose T.Foil Dark as your media type.
The printed transfer is then applied to the garment using a traditional heat press. Choose from 18 colours of foil. Cover and heat press again resulting in a fantastic decoration which involves no cutting or weeding. The finished transfer has a final press to ensure outstanding feel, look and durability.
SpaceControl Basic with T-Foil Dark
T.Foil Dark transfer paper is compatible with the latest entry-level CMYK OKI printers (C612 & C332 models). Now available with our own “SpaceControlBasic”. software. SpaceControl software manages our transfer papers and assist in colour management. OKI printers, including software are now available for less than £300. This makes the whole process affordable for all. In addition the SpaceControlBasic is also available to purchase separately for those already with compatible CMYK printers.

The T-Foils are available in rolls 30cm x 25m and are priced at £35.00 each (the equivalent of less than 35p per A4).
The T-Foil Sparkle priced at £45.00 each (the equivalent of less than 45p per A4).
The T-Foil Dark priced at £60.00 per box of 100 A4 transfers and £120.00 per box of 100 A3 transfers.
