EPSON SureColor G6000 Direct To Film Printer

SC-G6000 is the first Direct To Film printer from Epson and utilises existing technology from the Epson range of DTG and Sublimation printers.

Reliability

Functions such as auto cleaning, fabric wiper system and white ink circulation ensure stable operation and high reliability.

SC-G6000 has a separated cap station and suction cap. Suction cap cleaning is conducted automatically, whilst the cap station only requires periodical replacement.

The fabric wiper system has a new sequence optimised for DTF Film Transfers printing. Unlike other printers with rubber wipers, the fabric wiper system requires no daily maintenance.

A white ink circulation system circulates the white ink, even whilst printing, avoiding clogging and sedimentation, to provide reliable quality whilst reducing downtime.

Productivity

Select from various print modes, including single or double-layer printing, depending on application to maximise output.

SC-G6000 has various print modes to suit a range of users needs

1-layer White mode enables higher productivity for white-only applications

Also 1-layer CMYK mode enables for high density artwork onto light fabric, where white is not required

Usability

Infrequent manual maintenance, user friendly functionality, suitable for users starting out with DTF Film Transfers printing. SC-G6000 requires minimal maintenance to be performed by the user, contributing to reliable and stable quality with reduced maintenance and downtime.
